At this evening's PlayStation State of Play we were treated to another look at Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis. Legacy of Atlantis is the upcoming remake of the original Tomb Raider, which was unveiled at The Game Awards in December.

While the trailer looks rather lovely (so says the not-at-all-biased Tomb Raider super fan who is very excited about this remake), it does come with a rather disappointing bit of news - the game has been delayed.

Once slated for release in 2026, Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis will now arrive next year, on 12th February. It will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC via Steam and Nintendo Switch 2.

Next year will also see the release of an all new Tomb Raider story, in the form of Tomb Raider Catalyst. This game will take Lara to Northern India, following a "mythical cataclysm that has unleashed ancient secrets and awakened the mysterious forces that guard them".

Elsewhere this evening, we got a new look at Marvel's Wolverine, as well as a release date for Onimusha: Way of the Sword.
