With the release of Mortal Kombat X getting closer, we are treated to yet another character reveal for the upcoming game. This time, we’re shown the Gunslinger, Erron Black.  Erron Black will actually be making his debut as far as the Mortal Kombat game series is concerned. His only other appearance in the franchise has been in the Mortal Kombat X Online Comic.  Due to him appearing in the comic, he has been rumored to appear in Mortal Kombat X. And now, thanks to the brand new trailer, the rumors have been confirmed.

As a kombatant, Erron Black can be played in three variations: gunslinger, outlaw, and marksman.  Gunslinger focuses more on the use of his revolvers, outlaw equips him with blades to do devastating melee attacks, and marksman gives him the use of a rifle for long range shots.
