There’s a grand total of 42 hats (and other accessories) to collect in Little Kitty, Big City. Most can be found throughout the city or purchased with shinies, but a few are earned by completing quests. I played it safe and saved as many shinies as I could just in case I needed to spend them elsewhere. As it turns out, hats are pretty much the only thing you can get with your savings, so you’re good to spend big any chance you get.
