The Glass Cutters prep mission for the Kortz Center Heist in GTA Online includes a hidden safe that many players overlook. While the safe starts locked, the combination is located elsewhere inside the safe house. Finding it rewards you with a quick $10,000, making it worth the short detour before finishing the mission.

Where to Find the Safe Code

During the optional Glass Cutters setup mission, you’ll infiltrate a safe house to recover the required equipment. In the back room, you’ll notice a locked safe that can’t be opened until you locate its combination.

The six-digit code is written on a pink sticky note somewhere in the main office. The note’s location can vary between playthroughs, so check the following spots:

  • Attached to a computer monitor
  • Stuck to the photocopier
  • Pinned to the whiteboard

Once you find the note, make a note of the six-digit code before heading back to the safe.

How to Open the Safe

Return to the locked safe in the back room and enter the code exactly as it’s written on the sticky note.

The combination is randomized, so the numbers may differ from one mission to another. For example, one possible code is 04-34-74, but you should always use the code shown in your own mission.

After entering the correct combination, the safe will unlock immediately.

Safe Reward

Inside the safe is $10,000 in cash that can be collected on the spot.

The reward doesn’t unlock additional objectives, affect the Glass Cutters prep mission, or provide any bonus for the Kortz Center Heist itself. It’s simply an optional cash pickup that’s easy to grab once you’ve located the code.
