Machinima Mode returns in Halo Campaign Evolved, giving players access to a free camera for creating cinematic shots, recording videos, and exploring maps from new perspectives.

- Reassign Drop Weapon to another button, such as Left D-Pad.
Once the binding has been changed, you can lower your weapon and activate Machinima Mode without dropping your equipped weapon.
How to Use Machinima Mode on PC
Keyboard and mouse players can activate Machinima Mode using the default controls.
- Hold E + Down Arrow to lower your weapon.
- Hold E + Up Arrow to enter Machinima Mode.
No additional key rebinding is required unless you’ve customized your controls.
