Renjishi is one of the powerful Fire-type Pals introduced in Palworld 1.0, and it’s found exclusively within the World Tree region. Before you can catch one, you’ll need to unlock access to the World Tree by completing the Panthalus questline. Once inside, Renjishi can be encountered as an Alpha Pal near Corroded Hollow, making it a valuable addition for both combat and base management.
How to Unlock Renjishi
Renjishi is located behind the World Tree barrier, so reaching it requires completing the area’s unlock requirements.
The first step is capturing Panthalus, the boss tied to the World Tree questline. Panthalus has an enormous health pool, so you’ll want to bring endgame equipment and a strong team before attempting the fight.
After capturing Panthalus, travel to the base of the World Tree and interact with the terminal to disable the barrier. This permanently opens the region for exploration.
Renjishi Location
Once you’ve entered the World Tree, head to Corroded Hollow in the northern section of the map.
Renjishi appears as an Alpha Pal at its designated spawn point, making it relatively easy to locate once you’re in the correct area.
Be aware that parts of Corroded Hollow are filled with toxic gas that continuously drains your health. Fortunately, Renjishi’s arena is free from this hazard, allowing you to battle and capture it without taking environmental damage.
Renjishi Partner Skill
Renjishi’s Partner Skill, Stage Combat, adds a Burn effect to your attacks while it’s in your party.
Every hit you land can inflict Burn on enemies, making Renjishi especially effective against Grass- and Ice-type Pals, both of which are vulnerable to Fire damage. Although the Burn effect doesn’t stack, it provides consistent damage over time throughout longer fights.
Renjishi also has access to several Fire-based attacks with wide areas of effect. Skills such as Ignis Rage and Volcanic Rain excel at clearing groups of enemies, though their lengthy animations make them less effective against fast-moving single targets.
Work Suitabilities
Outside of combat, Renjishi is an excellent worker thanks to its high Work Suitability levels:
Work Suitability Level Kindling 8 Handiwork 6 Transporting 5 Gathering 5Its exceptional Kindling level makes it one of the best Pals for furnaces and other heat-based production tasks. Combined with strong combat abilities, Renjishi can also defend your base effectively during Syndicate raids.
For players tackling Palworld’s endgame content, Renjishi is one of the strongest Fire-type Pals available. While unlocking the World Tree and defeating Panthalus takes time, the reward is a versatile companion that excels in both battle and base operations.
