Anomaly: Escape Room ABANDONED HOSPITAL 2 Walkthrough (Roblox)
The fan-favorite Anomaly: Escape Room returns with an exhilarating new map: Abandoned Hospital 2. This version is not only thrilling but also packed with challenges that you’ll love.
As you navigate, the terrifying entity continues to lurk, making your escape even tougher. However, don’t worry! Here’s a quick guide to help you succeed.
Activating the Dispenser
First, click on the cardboard box on the floor to collect the red wire. Walk straight down the path and at the very end, on the right side, you will find an electrical box with three wires already connected and one missing.
Insert the red wire to complete the connection, which will activate the dispenser located halfway back along the same path.
The Dispenser
Opposite the dispenser, on a shelf, you will find a decoder. Take the decoder and place it into the reader beside the dispenser. Once inserted, lights numbered 1 to 8 will turn on one by one.
As each light turns on, immediately press the button next to it, following the exact sequence. The sequence is different for each player. If done correctly, the dispenser will give you a coin.
Vent Access and Room B1
Use the coin as a screwdriver to remove the screws from the vent. Once the screws are removed, take off the vent cover and crawl inside to reach the connected room.
There, collect the green keycard and the UV light from the floor, then return to the previous area.
Next, enter Room B1. Inside the leftmost cabinet, you will find a lighter.
Use the lighter to reveal a hidden code written on a paper on the table, which is 4201. Enter this code into the monitor labelled “Input” beside it.
This will unlock the nearby locker containing green acid. Take the acid, exit the room, turn left, and after walking a short distance you will find a rusty door.
Use the acid to melt the door and gain access to Room C1.
Laboratory
Inside Room C1, go to the right corner and use the UV light to reveal a pink writing on the wall showing the code 59340.
Exit the room and enter this code on the keypad outside the Laboratory to unlock it. Inside the lab, collect the teddy bear and return to the earlier room where a patient will now appear on the bed.
Give the teddy bear to the patient, who will disappear and leave behind a fingerprint sample. Take the sample back to the laboratory and use it on the scanner attached to the large black screen.
FREEZE Code
The screen will display numbers such as102 114 101 101 122 101. A crumpled paper in the room explains that each number corresponds to a letter, but you must add 10 to each number before decoding.
After decoding, the word formed is FREEZE. Enter the word FREEZE into the screen beside the lab door to unlock the next room.
Generator and Pattern Puzzle
In the next room, pull down the red lever to turn on the heat, which melts the icy floor and reveals a key.
Take the key and return through the vent to the room at the end, where you can unlock the electrical panel.
Inside the panel, there is a pattern; remember it or take a picture for reference. Go back to the main spawn area, and beside the Laboratory on the right side, you will find a white keypad.
Press the white keys according to the pattern you saw in the panel to unlock another area.
The Darts
Then return to Room C1 and find another crumpled paper stating that the last two digits of a code are 75 and the first two digits are the sum of the dartboard points.
The red-lined darts count as double and black ones as normal, giving a total of 19, making the full code 1975.
Enter the newly unlocked area, turn right to reach the generator room, and use 1975 on the lock.
Inside, repair the generator by clicking whenever the yellow line reaches the white zone. If you make a mistake, the entity will return.
Colour Screen
After turning on the generator, exit, turn left, and keep walking until you find a glass breaker on the floor.
Take it, turn left again, then take another left beside the “Inputs (Closed)” room and continue until you find a room with a glass window. Break the glass to enter and collect the red key from the table.
Enter the room labeled “Staff Room and DNA Study,” where you will see multiple colored screens on the walls.
Go back to the glass room and turn on the big TV screen. It will display colours in this order, it wil be different in each game.
Return to the staff room and press the colored screens in that exact order until all screens turn green. Once completed, return to the glass room and open the locker on the right to obtain an axe.
Connects The Inputs (Closed)
Go to the “Inputs” room and break the door using the axe. There you will find lots of black wires which aren’t connected properly.
Now go back to the generator room, you may have noticed letters written on the wall: BCADE.
This indicates the order in which you must connect the floor tiles inside the Inputs room. Rotate the tiles to connect the lines in the order B, C, A, D, and E. Doing this unlocks the control room.
The Emergency Exit Unlock
Inside the control room, you will find a screen displaying coordinates such as (1,1), (2,2), (3,2), and (8,2). The first number represents the row and the second represents the column.
Press the buttons according to these coordinates to unlock another room.
Exit through the door inside and turn right to enter another hospital room, where you will find a large red “Emergency Exit” button. Press it to unlock the emergency gate.
Escape
Finally, escape through the same route you originally came from. The path will now be partially blocked by fallen shelves, so crouch to move safely and quickly through them until you reach the exit.
