It’s the intriguing case of a missing briefcase that contains the secrets of Denim Dan, a convict. But how did this briefcase go missing? As Detective Duck, it’s your mission to unravel this mystery in the new map, The Villa.

Here’s a detailed walkthrough to guide you through the investigation and help you solve this case.

Access to The Villa

Start by heading to the yacht area. Along the edge of the path, look to your left, you’ll find a shovel resting on the brick border. Pick it up.

Next, move to the van area. Look for mud patches on the ground. Dig into one of them near the van to uncover a silver key.

Now return to the yacht. Behind the wooden boxes, you’ll find a toolbox. Use the silver key to open it and take the angle grinder inside. With the grinder, head to the Villa’s black gate and cut it open.

Entrance to the Villa

Go inside and walk toward the pool area at the back. Near the DJ booth, you’ll find the entrance key to the villa.

Turn On The Electricity

Go back toward the gate and open the wooden door. Enter the villa and go straight upstairs. On one of the glass tables, pick up a pair of scissors.

Then, head back downstairs. Use the scissors to open the packages under the stairs. In one box, you’ll find a gate remote. In another, you’ll find a note that says: “Don’t forget that the frequency is 433 MHz.”

Take the remote and go outside to the pool area. Near the house, you’ll see a steel gate. Use the remote to open it.

While using the gate remote, a pop-up appears, enter 433. This unlocks access to the electrical panel.

The TV

Open the panel and pull the lever to restore power to the villa.

Go back inside. The TV now has power. To the left of the TV, open the cabinet and take the remote. Turn on the TV.

The screen shows six pairs of numbers and their order. Nearby, check the dustbin. Inside, there’s a crumpled paper that matches numbers to letters.

Using both clues, decode the sequence to get the word FREEZE.

Go to the refrigerator. On the wall beside it, enter the word. The fridge opens, revealing a frozen notepad.

Melt The Ice

Take the notepad outside to the grill near the pool. To light the grill, you need a lighter. For that, go back to the DJ booth and pick up a crowbar.

Leave the villa and head to the alley. You’ll find wooden boxes there. Break the ones on the right using the crowbar. Inside, you’ll find a lighter. Return to the grill. Use the lighter to turn it on and melt the frozen notepad.

The Password To The Safe

Once melted, read the note, which says the password ends with 456. Now go back inside the villa. Near the stairs, interact with the large painting.

It will move aside, revealing a yellow pad. Use UV light on it to read: “starts with ‘danisthebest’.”

Combine both clues. The full password is danisthebest456.

Go upstairs again. At the far end of the room, near the Daily News board, interact with the pinboard. Enter the password to unlock the safe.

Inside, you’ll find a red key. Use this red key to unlock the room near the stairs upstairs.

Different Island

Inside, you’ll find a map leading to an island and a red fuel tank. Take the fuel tank to the yacht. Pour the fuel into the engine at the back. The yatch once fuelled up will be ready to travel to the island.

On the island, head to the sandy area. Find a shovel and dig at the marked spot. You’ll uncover a metal box. Open it to find a note from Denim Dan explaining how he escaped. And that’s it, you can end the investigation.

Evidence

Email

On the laptop, open the second email titled “From Anonymous: Briefcase.” It mentions how Elena could carry out the task, but also notes that George has a way to deliver it. In reply it even says ‘Thanks’.

Since the topic is the briefcase, it’s clear they are discussing its transport.

The Map

Next, look beside the laptop. There’s a map showing that the briefcase needed to be taken to a specific location using the yacht.

Yatch Owner

Now, check the suspect files. You’ll see that George is the only one who knows how to operate a yacht and owns a yatch as well. This strongly connects George to the plan.

Hence, the suspect is clearly George.
