Navigating the BLEACH-OS-FACILITY of Roblox may appear daunting due to its numerous rooms and components.

However, once you familiarise yourself with the map and grasp the storyline, it becomes much simpler. To aid your understanding, we’ve created a detailed guide for your reference!

Dr Fallen’s Office Key

Get out of the room and enter the alley with numbered rooms. Then exit through the left door to reach the cafeteria. From there, head right and climb the stairs.

At the intersection, turn right. Soon, you’ll reach another corridor junction. Again, take a right and continue until you find Office 13.

Inside Office 13, look beside the drawers to find an office key on the ground. Now leave the office and retrace your steps back to the intersection.

This time, go toward the side where the office numbers run from 1 to 7. Walk all the way to the end until you reach Dr Fallen’s room.

Observatory Key

Use the key from Office 13 to unlock Dr Fallen’s office. Inside, check the chair to find the Observatory key.

Next, go back and head to Room 1. Open the bottom-right drawer to get a screwdriver handle. Take it now.

After that, unlock the Observatory and enter the second door. Inside, collect the Elevator key from the table.

Then return to the main intersection and take the third path to find the elevator. Step inside and press the switch to go to the next floor.

Once you reach the next floor, walk straight to the end. There, pick up a Maintenance key and press the big red button. Then return to the elevator, don’t worry about the noise.

The Maintenance Room

Back on the previous floor, go toward the Observatory path again. This time, walk straight without turning until you find the Maintenance room.

Use the key to enter. Inside, open the toolbox to get the screwdriver head.

Then, combine the head and handle using the small machine on the left to assemble a full screwdriver.

Fix the Vending Machine for the ESP Key

Now exit and return to the cafeteria path. Fix the vending machine using the screwdriver. In return, it gives you the ESP key.

Take it and head back to the Observatory path. On the left, enter the ESP machine room using the key.

Upgrade Your System

Once inside, lie on the bed to activate the system. After the upgrade, your vision will turn blue.

Storage Door Code

Now return to Dr Fallen’s office. Your vision will automatically decode the system and give you the storage door code: 63916.

Next, go back toward the starting path near the cafeteria. Find the storage door with a keypad and enter 63916. Inside, walk slowly and look to the right to find a floating Exit Elevator key.

Find Out About The System

Then head back to the cafeteria. Follow the large sign pointing straight, and walk into the wall to reveal a hidden corridor.

Keep moving forward as new paths open. Eventually, turn left and continue until you reach a creepy room. From there, turn right and keep going until you enter Director Xeron’s office.

After entering, your system will detect and you get the new notification of ‘Software Found’. Now exit, and turn left.

Near the decontamination machine, pick up the Lab key. Notice it says Decontamination Lockdown.

Reset The System

Now return to the Maintenance room. Inside, use the Lab key to access the lab. Reset the system on the table till the ‘software found’ changes into ‘No Important Software Found’

Finally, go back to the decontamination machine near Xeron’s office. It will now show “decontamination complete.” Use the door beside it to reach the exit elevator. Unlock it with the keycard, press the button, and you’re done; you’ve beaten the game.
