Slime Castle – Idle TD Beginner’s Guide And Tips

Attention! A new update here! Get the Slime Castle – Idle TD guide and learn a few tricks to progress fast. This is available on Google Play and the App Store. If you are into it, you need to know the play tips for smooth gameplay. Head till the end to learn all of it. 

Chapters And Levels 

The game follows a set of chapters to start with. Each chapter has a unique name (Ancient Mine, Death Desert, Mystic Forest, etc.) and a theme too. You can start the battle and play levels. Each chapter contains 30 levels which you need to pass in order to get to the next chapter. Another weird thing is once you have been defeated at a certain level, let’s say at level 10. You will again start with level 1. So in order to complete a chapter you need to pass it all in one go – the whole 30 levels. 

Summoning Via Chests In-Shop 

The shop quite provides a great deal when it comes to fetching resources. You can absolutely watch advertisements for free and take gems, gold, and chests for free daily. 

The main summoning system of the game also resides here. Summons are made here via chests. You can watch ads once to get free opens or use keys available to open them. There are three types of chests available – 

• Epic Chest – Summons S-Grade Legend, Legend, Epic, Rare, and Good equipment. 
• Normal Chest – Summons Good and Common Equipment. 
• Premium Chest – Summons Epic, Rare, and Good Equipment. 

Talent Section 

This is where the heart of the game lies I would say. You should definitely focus here. This section uses the Gold you have obtained to improve your battle stats. The best of the stats to focus on here are Attack Speed, Coin Bonus Each Wave, Coin Bonus 50 Kills, Regeneration, Attack Range,and Health. The stats you will set here, let’s say an attack speed of 3x is set, will be the starting speed in your battle. 

Note: You must also keep unlocking new talents as you pass chapters using gold. 

Upgrade Your Slime Level And Tier 

Slime is the main character here. There are no heroes or any sidekicks you get. There is just one fatty cute slime protecting its base. There are tiers to slime with different names ranging from SS to B category. Initially, you will start with a B slime called Arp. You can upgrade the slime to increase its HP, and ATK, and unlock skills for it using Experience Shards. The best slime which is the SS one is Yolanda and can be obtained with 8000 gems. 

Tips During Battle Plays 

We have come up with some tricks here to clear all the levels in one go. This is what we do in the battles – 

• Starting off with upgrading coins bonus per wave and 50 kills for the first 10 levels. 
• Then focus on increasing the attack and attack speed for the next 10 levels.  
• Keep waiting and then when a horde of enemies comes, you should go for HP boosts and Regeneration upgrade. 
• Always note that to complete the 30 levels easily you must be having an attack of 1500 and 3x+ speed. 
• Make the skills set to Ranged type. 
• Before going into the battle use up gold coins to upgrade the talent section for a better start. 
• Play the battle at 2x speed. Watch an ad for 3x speed (effective for 15 minutes). 
• Focus on increasing the Attack Range to keep enemies far from you. 
• Dyrads and Shrooms deployment. 

Equip Items And Upgrade 

Items here are everything. They provide you with the best protection and affect most of the stats for battles. Always run for an upgrade using items (helmet, armour, ornament, & weapon materials) and gold. Also, they have tiers. So make sure to equip the best one. Tier of equipment from best to worst –

S-Grade Legend > Legend > Epic > Rare > Good > Common. 

Tip: Merge extra equipment to level them up. 

Play The Daily Events 

The daily events will unlock once you pass Chapter 2 and Chapter 3. Currently, you have Gigas Battle and Mines Treasure game modes. The game will be updated by the owners and new daily events will be added. Similar to dungeons and is best for the obtaining additional resources. 

Regular Rewards In Slime Castle 

So here is how to collect the items that you would need in the entire game. We will be doing a quick mention of the things to do for a daily collection. So you should go for – 

• Newbie Quest > Idle Rewards > Daily Quests > Achievements > Battle Pass > Daily Gifts > Level Clearance Rewards > Ad Rewards.
