Noodlecake Games is publishing the final part of Ravenous Games's Random Heroes trilogy on Android this Thursday, April 2nd.

We gave Random Heroes 3 a Silver Award on iOS so it's certainly worth giving it a look.

As with the previous two games, you'll be setting out with a group of unlikely heroes to save the Earth from invading aliens.

It's a side-scrolling shooter in which you succeed simply by shooting everything that gets in front of your gun and surviving to tell the tale.

Bang-bang, shoot-shoot, that's how it goes across its 75+ levels. Oh, and there's some item collection to do and upgrades to dish out as well, I guess.

Our reviewer called it a "dirty slab of classic arcade gaming," and "a must for fans of running and gunning."
