Northern Arena: Montreal tournament format and groups revealed

Northern Arena have revealed the groups and format for the upcoming Montreal tournament.

Eight attending teams are divided into two groups of four teams each. The group stage will use a best-of-one format, except for the elimination matches which will be played as a best-of-three series. The two best teams of each group will advance to the playoffs, where teams will compete in a best-of-three single-bracket format.

The tournament will take place next weekend on November 11th through 13th, boasting a sizeable prize pool of $100,000. Seven invited teams and the winner of Call of the North Online Qualifier, compLexity Gaming, were drawn into the following groups:
