The first week of ESL Pro League ESEA Season 2 is now over, and as usual, it’s time for a quick recap.
The first week is finally over and what a great week this was. There is a long road for the title, and we have already seen that some teams really want it. The European league and the North American have showed dus that they can show really good games for all the 8 weeks we still got ahead.
In the European league we got Ninjas in Pyjamas leading with 9 points after a surprising win against Fnatic, beating EnVyUs and SK Gaming, making 3 wins and no losses, but they aren’t comfortable yet, because Fnatic is in second place with 9 points too aftet winning the games against TSM, HellRaisers and mousesports, but they are in second because of the one loss they got against NiP, making it 3W-1L. In the third place is Na’Vi with 6 points, after beating mousesports and SK Gaming, and having no losses.
European standings:
The North American league has Counter Logic Gaming in the first place with 9 points, that won 3 games, that were against Method, EnemyGG and Team Coast, but lost to compLexity. In the second place is compLexity that has won against CLG, EnemyGG and Team Coast, but lost to Method. In the third place is Cloud9, that won against Team Coast and Method, making 6 points with no losses.
North American standings:
