The first ever season of the Iceberg Pro League has been revealed, with a $4,000 prize pool up for grabs for Asian teams.
The growth of CS:GO in Asia is on the rise, and with it comes an influx of tournaments and ladders for teams to compete in; the most recent being the just-announced $4,000 Iceberg Pro League. The league will feature sixteen teams vying for spots at the offline finals next year in Hong Kong alongside the direct invites.
Registration for the event will open on November 22nd, with the first matches of the tournament kicking off later in December. The event will be split into three stages, starting with groups. Each winner of each of the four groups will move to the second stage, where each will be matched with one of the invite teams; the winner of each match will move on to the finals.
