Virtus.Pro wins CEVO Season 8
The CEVO S8 LAN finals conlcuded this weekend at the MLG Arena in Columbus, Ohio, with Virtus.Pro stomping out their German opponents, Mouseports, 3:0 in the grandfinals match. NiP CEO steps down amid controversy
The Ninjas in Pyjama's management shifted drastically this week as it was accounced that NiP CEO, Per Lilliefelth, had been removed from his position after it was revealed the company owed their players thousands of dollars in unpaid salaries. Read a piece of the full statement by the company:

A relatively new French streaming company, OGamingTV, announced this week that they will be hosting a $50,000 tournament in Paris in January of next year. Some of the top teams in the scene have already been sent their invitation letters, including Team SoloMid and EnVyUs.
FMPONE releases de_santorini
The latest competitive map from the legendary mapper Shawn ''FMPONE'' Snelling, de_santorini, got its official release this week on the Steam Workshop. The map, set in a costal Greek paradise, features vibrant Medirterranean backdrops and urban terrain for players to fight in. IEM San Jose brackets and changes
The next tournament on the Intel Extreme Masters circuit is approaching, and with it comes a flurry of information on the event. Suprisingly, the Ninjas in Pyjamas revealed that they will be dropping from the competition, and Gamers2 will get their spot. Soon after that, the official brackets were announced by ESL.
