The fourteenth season of StarSeries is about to conclude during the mid-January, with LAN finals taking place in Minsk, Belarus. As it was first planned, America was supposed to have two representatives there, however Method have decided to pull out due to recent roster change, which left an empty spot for another team to fill in.
The most natural solution was to give a chance to the runner-up of Last Chance qualifier, Team EnVyUs. The French team have struggled throughout the whole season, playing most of the games by using stand-ins. Eventually, they were defeated by Question Mark team and were left without a spot at the LAN finals.
Due to the recent roster change, Method have decided to withdraw from the finals and therefore the spot was awarded to Team EnVyUs who will have a chance to get an even better result compared to the last season, where they finished in the second place.
As a reminder, the LAN finals are scheduled for January 14-17, and they will be played in Minsk, Belarus. All the information about this event can be found on the dedicated coverage hub page here.
