The first list of invites of the second edition of Operation:Kinguin has been announced. 

Operation:Kinguin #2, featuring a 20,000 USD cash prize which is tenfold that of the first edition, has announced the first of the invites for the tournament. The tournament will have 28 teams which will be invited out of a total of 32 teams.
