This Friday ELEAGUE's group A final will be broadcast on Twitch and internationally among a variety of different networks.

For those of you who need a quick recap:

  • September 24th, 2015 - Turner Broadcasting announced that it was working on an eSports project, ELEAGUE.

  • March 12th, 2016 - ELEAGUEannounced multi-million dollar sponsors Arby's, Credit Karma and Buffalo Wild Wings.
  • May 20th, 2016 - ELEAGUEreveals that they have come to an agreement/partnership with Twitch. The popular gaming service will broadcast six games per day, Tuesday and Wednesday starting at 12:00 p.m. EST and Thursday starting at 2:00 p.m. Lastly, the group finals will be showcased at 10:00 p.m.

  • May 24th, 2016 - FACEIT becomes the official platform for ELEAGUE matches.
  • May 27th, 2016 - TBS broadcasts (for the first time), internationally, the group A final match between Luminosity and Cloud9

Group A Finals:
Later this evening TBS will broadcast the group A finals at 10:00 p.m. EST alongside The Big Bang Theory. This match will decide which team (LG or C9) will move onto the playoffs at the end of the 6 week exhibitionary period. As well as TBS, Twitch, will offer an alternate viewing platform to watch the final match. ELEAGUE has provided us with a list of global networks whom will also be broadcasting the group finals.
