With the new heroes added in workshop artists have already started to submit their art craft for Winter Wyvern, Shadow Fiend, Undying and even Arc Warden.
However, in the last week there are a few “old” heroes submission that can easily catch anyone’s attention.
Flamed Falcon
One of them is Gyrocopter, a hero that does not have a plethora of cosmetics accepted into the game but with new Flamed Falcon signed by Forge-Core he might have a chance of getting a new set to be proudly worn on the battlefield, although he is not exactly a hot pick in the current meta.
The creators of Flamed Falcon set are proposing two color themes, red and yellow and is totally up to us to vote which one we like the most.
Velvety Ice
A much more loved hero by the workshop artists is Crystal Maiden. She already has 12 sets implemented into the game and one Arcana created by Valve. But even so, one more set is always welcome. Velvety Ice can now be voted if you do like the new hair style, mantle, chest and weapon proposals from its creator, Sara.
Legacy of the Lunar Dragon
Mirana addicts have no less than nine sets and 15 different mounts to choose from but if you feel satisfied with your current Mirana cosmetics we strongly recommend you to check the newest workshop submission from Mv. Legacy of the Lunar Dragon brings a totally new vision on the hero’s cosmetics art work and it also has a small lore story to tell.
“ The Grand Dragon of the Dark Moon, sent Ormr (a Dark Moon Sentry) to observe and evaluate Mirana and the war of the ancient. Ormr's job was to see if Mirana was worthy of her title. After years and several thousand battles, Mirana has proven herself both a fierce warrior and a devote princess. Thus the Grand Dragon Az'Turazque descended upon Mirana and gifted her the Legacy of the Lunar Dragons, powerful items which embody the essence of the dark moon.”
Raptor Soul
Shadow Fiend has been recently added into the workshop and it only features two cosmetic items, both created by Valve. A lot of artists got excited when Nevermore was granted permission to receive new apparels and some of them have already submitted their artwork.
Raptor Soul’s haiku description made by its two creators says it all:
“As strong as eagles' wings As accurate as eagles' eyes As sharp as eagles' claws Shadow Fiend has absorbed the new soul that gives him new strength.”
Echoes of the Vanquished
In the last week Undying has two different sets submitted, both looking extremely interesting. Echoes of the Vanquished is created by Kiefen 'Zipfinator' Zipf and Tiffany 'Arty' Boother the duo that brought us the Crystal Maiden Charge of the Tundra Warden set almost a year ago.
Undying Tomb Overlord
The other Undying set of this week is inspired from the ancient Egyptians and it reminds us a little bit of the Wrath of Ka, Necrophos set but that might happen only because of the theme they share.
None of the two Undying sets are showing the tombstone and it’s uncertain if they feature a look modifier for it.
Eldwurm Knight
Creators’ description:
“ Each day Auroth the Winter Wyvern is flying over the frozen peaks that are her domain, taking in the views, finding inspiration for poems that she records in her scroll of wisdom, none would dare question her prowess as a poet, or a warrior.”The first Winter Wyvern set is patiently waiting for your votes if you would like to see it added in a feature treasure chest!
Firstborn Guardian
Pernach, the creator of the recently added into the Winter Battle Pass, Treasure IV Broodmother Set, Amber Queen has just submitted on 1st of April his first Arc Warden cosmetic set. Although the hero is not a very common pick in pubs and probably will have to wait a couple of patches until is ready to be added into the Captain’s Mode, his first set is waiting for your votes in the workshop.
