If I am not mistaken, this is a screenshot from a TV broadcasted game from some league, where BoxeR is playing someone who I sadly don't remember (I'm sure someone can enlighten us by posting a comment. Hurry up and I'll update this news post.)
When the opponent saw it, I think he got off his chair and said some well chosen words that we are not going to write here at GosuGamers; you can use your imagination.

UpdateWell, I am going to try to summarize what has been said in the comments, PM's and other tips I have recieved...
BoxeR played versus [B&G]TheBoy in the game mentioned above. Although, TheBoy was a Zerg player, and in the picture you can see a Protoss Observer at the top. That means this might not be a real picture.
One possibility is that this game is from one of the Game-Q leagues.
TheBoy probably rose up immediately and told BoxeR what he thought about the messages. Although, there might be a small possibility that he said it first after he quitted the game. Who knows, maybe he quitted right after?
Anyway, there is a lot of mystery about the story of BoxeR's classic words.
Update 2The latest tips I have got says that [B&G]TheBOy is a random user. He masters all of the races. The thing about him beeing a Zerg player probably comes from the fact that he played Grrr... in the first KBK tournament. He lost that match with 3-2, and all the wins Grrrr... got were PvZ games.
