Recently, the Australian known was Peter Neate or Legionnaire has just announced his retirement from professional gaming.




The announcent was made by Legionnaire on TeamLiquid.net and on his cafe daum homepage earlier today.

Leg: "i nolonger enjoyed playing the game"


For the past few months Leg has been considering retirement. He stated several times in the article that he has lost interest in the game. His manager, Daniel Lee, realized that he was losing interest in the game and wouldn't allow him to play any matches.

Leg: "I have some regrets"


Even though, he lived in South Korea for some time he has a few regrets. One of them is only taking down two out of the four top terran players: Boxer and XellOs. Another one of his regrets is letting down all of his fans in which he wishes he would have done better.

Leg: "As for my future?"


He plans to return to his home country of Australia to finish his education and spend some time with his family. Also, he's undecided whether or not he will be going to WCG this year. Legionnaire has been a active person in the non-korean community giving us recent pro league results and competeting in several tournaments/ladders throughout the years.

Could this be the end of of foreign professional gamers? After this retirement only Assem will be left to fight alone as the only non-korean professional gamer.
