The World Cyber Games' website has conducted a poll regarding preferred games to participate in for WCG 2005. Once again, the community voices itself as StarCraft runs away with #1.
Recently, the World Cyber Games(WCG) posted a new poll on their website, replacing the previous "Who is the gamer you would most like to play against among WCG 2004 star players?". That poll was of course won by the representative of Starcraft, XellOs[yG]. In their latest poll, WCG asks the user:

Clearly, Starcraft is the most popular game at WCG. It pulled away from its competitors in this poll, and is currently a comfortable 29% ahead of the second place Warcraft III: TFT. It is doubtful that any of these games will be able to muster enough votes to knock Broodwar off of the top, as the poll will conclude on March 16th.
Countless fans of other games dismiss Starcraft as being a lesser game due to its age. To quote Fenix from the single player campaigns, "I fear not death, for our strength is eternal!".
