Weiwei Yue, better known as Dinnin of WGTour, recently joined pro-Gaming as the new Brood War Squad Co-Leader. After the incident with LeX, the squad leader spot next to [pG]Kentaro was open. Dinnin is the right man for the job, writes [pG]Ilvy at proGaming.de

Dinnin is an administrator of WGTour.com, with the position as a Dossier manager. He is mostly known for his IRL interviews with NaDa and Nal_rA, made during the Korea vs. China event in late summer of 2004. Read more about that in » this newspost. He lives in
Germany, but comes from China, and therefore speaks, apart from English, German and Chinese fluently.

Appointed as Brood War Squad Co-Leader

Recently Dinnin was appointed the job as the Brood War Squad Co-Leader of pro-Gaming. After the cheating incident regarding
LeX and Gorky, [pG]Kentaro was on his own as the Squad leader. Now, he seems to found a suitable co-leader for pro-Gaming. "I am pleased to welcome Dinnin to us," he says, and says that he believes Dinnin is very motivated and will do a great work as the pG.bw Co-leader.

Interview with [pG]Dinnin

First of all, congratulations to your seat as the co-leader of pro-Gaming! How did this happen? Did you simply send in an application and they agreed to bring you in?
- Thank you. About me joining pG - Well I intended to write an application and send it to Kentaro[pG] after messaging him on MSN. But before I could do it he pretty much found out everything about me already. I guess he has some good sources. So after only 2 days he messaged me back and agreed upon me joining pG.

What will you be doing in pro-Gaming as a co-leader?
- My first job will be organizing clanwars and give pG more publicity. Later I might also handle participation in different Clanleagues and who knows what else will come up. I have been in pG for only two days now, the future is uncertain

Will you get sponsored in a way with this new job, or do you work for free?
- I work for free. Its not about the money, but the community and now of course the Clan I am representing.

You take the spot after the whole LeX/Gorky issue. Do you believe that that issue gave [pG] a bad name?
- In a certain way, yes. That case definantly was bad for [pG]'s reputation but I think most people still know that you cannot jugde a whole team because one or two of the members hacked. Take for example Clan ToT, they had Trek in their lineup when it was discovered that he used maphack. Now months later they are still one of the most reconized clans in Europe. It takes more than two abusers to ruin the [pG]-Name

People are still arguing of whether ToT is better than [pG] and the other way around. Will we see a clanwar in the nearest future?
- I have many Clanwars in mind, only time will tell when the ToT vs [pG] Clanwar will take place. But I can guaranteee you that even after this event, no matter who wins, people will still discuss which of both clans is better :)

You are mostly known for your IRL interviews with Nal_rA and NaDa, but what else have you been doing in your BW career?
- Apart of playing games on B.net and those interviews you have mentioned, I have been a WGTour Admin for about 10 months now. I mostly take care of the replay and dossier; providing the members with fresh replays and interviews. But I also handle ladder and news quite a lot. I recently also joined the team of www.broodwar.de as a Clanleague Reporter.

How well do you know the team since before?
- To be honest I do not know any of them _that_ well, but I have been following the course of the clan quite carefully. And I am and will be spending a lot of time getting to know them. After all thats what a team manager should do first anyway.

Okay, well good luck in pro-Gaming!
- Thank you - Keep up the great work at GG.net!
