It has finally arrived once again, AmeriCup season 2. This time with 64 players battling it out from all over the world with 800$ for the victor at the end.

After almost 3 months of waiting for the second season GGL has finally said alright lets do this once more. Putting PuertoRican in charge of the StarCraft section once again he has assembled the best of the best. 64 players from around this place we call Earth. Divided into countries and from there the best that could possibly be assembled.

In this small group of 25 they are up against the rest of the world. Shown is each countries best representitive. From that list is a few of the top WCG players, so you could call this 2005's second WCG. Except this time it's at there own computer where they're the most comfortable.

39 from the other side of the world going after this prize as well. Once again almost reads like the WCG groups but this time there's a few more challanges. The 3rd place finisher Legionnaire said he was done after WCG, looks like he's back in the saddle ready to take on the best outside of Korea has to offer.

Not only will this bring 32 Gosubets each week it will also bring 1 or 2 shoutcasted games from GameSports.de. Q and Micro have been named as the offical BW casters for this event. Along with having English and German, the German will most likely have video with it, making it just that much better for everyone out there.

The first game to be shoutcasted by this duo will be: Fisheye vs Gurram, both protoss players who will be sure to make the first shoutcasted games of this season ones to remember.

GosuGamers.net as always will have Gosubets to go with this event as well as the best coverage you can find outside of GGL (who is hosting the event). So good luck to all the players going for the prize at the end or perhaps just the glory of the game.
