A while ago there was, BwChart, then antihack tools such as BwScanner and PenguinPlug came after that. Now we have ReXplorer the ultimate Windows Explorer Add-on specially made for Us, the Gamers of Starcraft.
The Program has been developed by Taiche and chrisbk. They also developed the Replay-Website tool called RepASM. (Read all about it at their main site » repasm.free.fr).
The main features of the program are these below:
Custom tooltip when hovering over a .rep file
Extra tab in the Properties of a (or a list of) .rep file
Extra columns in the Details view in Windows' Explorer
Extra contextual menu item on .rep files, "Load in StarCraft", that will launch StarCraft and load the selected replay like BWChart does.

The Tooltip shows when you put the cursor over the file.
After you install ReXplorer the new tab shows on the Properties Window.
If you choose more than one replay, the add-on will let you change the replay by a list of those you choose before.
The new "Load in Starcraft" tab appears.
The main window of the configuration Tool, here you can choose, what you want to see on the tooltip and what you do not, also, You can add old stacraft executables, so you can load the replays in different versions.
You can sort the reps by Match Up, Map, Duration, Game Type.
