Over a long period of time, tournaments were held every now and then on GE. When the points gained in the tournaments were summed up, the top 16 players could be selected to participate in the final tournament. Unfortunately, a rather large amount of players had to be replaced, but it was still a rather powerful list of players playing.
There were a bunch of them people expected to fight about the first prize, an Isotech 0 degree advance keyboard. DaZe, Mireille, StormtoSS, meRz and DeliCato are some of the more well known names in the tournament. Mireille and StormtoSS had to face each other already in the first round of the Winners Bracket in a match the latter could win. DaZe was able to take down meRz in the very same round as well.
When the first hours had passed, the tournament was down to only a few players. StormtoSS and DaZe played the Winner Bracket final, where DaZe could eventually move on to the final after a quite fun series of matches with a lot of unexpected moves. DeliCato and datoby played each other for a spot in the Loser Bracket final, and the Swedish National B team member datoby was able to take DeliCato down in the best out of one game match. The two last matches were then postponed and would take place the following day.
StormtoSS and datoby battled it out in three tight matches where StormtoSS was able to take the first, and then lost two games. The Grand Final would be between DaZe (picture) and datoby in a best out of five games match. DaZe was up 1-0 already from the start, since he came out of Winners Bracket. The games were played, and the Swedish ToT member DaZe could take home the match with a total score of 3-1.

The Swedish site Gamingeye has held their ladder playoff for the 10th season. Many of the better Swedes took part, and who the winner was did not come as a surprise. GosuGamers says congratulations to ToT)DaZe(, who can call himself Gamingeye ladder season 10 champion!

Favourites faces eachother early
