The Effort for the Community Award goes to Ilintar, WGTour's head coder. Second place was the popular shoutcaster Tasteless.

40% of the votes were placed on Ilintar, which means he was 18 percentage points ahead of Nick "Tasteless" Plott. Ilintar is a part of BWProgrammers.com, providing the scene with utilities for the StarCraft community. Not too long ago the Pole also said he was trying to reinstate PGTour, but as of yet without any luck.
Piotr Wilkin is the head coder of WGTour and has been there ever since Eki and Onurb left the site. He is also the host and administrator of the Polish site Netwars. And if that was not enough to help the Polish scene, he is also a Polish WCG referee.
Together with Ashur the two have built together the BWLauncher, much with help from SuperPenguin and his codes for the Penguin Plug.
