Micro Media just secured the win against Shock Squadron in the BWCL Premier League, with their 2on2 duo Ninja and KaNiBaL scoring against Buryat and crosaFcheg1 from the Russian team.
- They are the heroes of 2on2. They win everything for us which has allowed us to comeback in this league, said a happy Artosis when GosuGamers talked to the Micro Media manager. The two Polish players joined up with the American-based team in mid January, and have impressed many since then, especially their team mates.
The win against Shock Squadron was to be expected from Artosis. He was a bit nervous when he heard they had merged with another Russian team, but he still thought of a clear victory.
- They have been doing very poorly in the league, we expected a good result, says Dan.
Micro Media was at the bottom only a few playdays ago, but now they find themselves in a position that Artosis feels they belong in.
Now Micro Media is in a split fifth rank together with MeetYourMakers and Deutschlands Kranke Horde. For Micro Media to have a shot at the prize money (Top 2) they need 14 points, and that means MicroGamerZ will have to score no points at all. But Artosis says they will do what they can to finish off strongly.
- We will certainly have to play our best to try and secure as many points as possible. I think that LRM will be hard games, they have so many good players. We should win the match though. uT) I want to say we will have a very good result versus, but the first map is Luna and we are a team of Terrans, so we will see.
