You do not feel like you are skilled enough or you do not feel like you have the time and motivation to participate in one of the many hosted tournaments? This can be the solution. The Replay team of GosuGamers decided to host extraordinary competitions on a weekly basis. After several weeks and days of brain storming and developing we are going to start the first competition on the upcoming Sunday, 29th. October, 15.00h CET. Your first task will be to create 25 Hallucinations of Archons within the best time. The first competitions lasts seven days and we will announce the winner on 5th. of November. We can't offer any prizes or money, but a mention in our newspost after the competition ends.
It's your decision to come up with a good tactic and a clever timing. As you can see a high rank in one of the competetive ladders such as PGT / WGT is not necessary, 400+APM or a very good knowlegde of maps doesn't help you implicitly. We hope we can encourage less skilled players as well since it requires not a very high level of skill, but a good timing. It's up to you to decide wether you want to play on Battle.net versus opponents or in single player versus a computer opponent. You feel interested, read the following steps and be part of it:
#1: Only current WGT maps count
#2: Cheating is not allowed
#3: Finish the competition within the given time (7 days)
#4: Make sure to save the Replay
#5: Send it to: [email protected]
On a sidenote: Please disable Penguin Plugin, we do not want your Replays with 1+mb of size. Only low money maps count of course, choose any of your favourite map from the current WGT mappool. Once you think you made a good time after finishing the competition send the Replay to the email given above and we will check it. We are going to host several ordinary tournaments in the near future as well. If you have any suggestions for further competitions, feel free to leave a comment or write us a PM.
