What did you think of your chances before you started?
- I really didn't care too much about this whole deal and had little hopes of winning, that would've required me to play my best and get lucky in too many matches in a row for it to be likely.
So what happened, you lost in the second round to ZZZoom?
- Yeah, I played like absolute crap in two games... First I won on Arcadia after almost losing against some Zerglings that shouldn't have done any damage at all, but I ended up playing fairly well in that game. Then the second game on Tau Cross I probably did everything imaginably wrong, went fast expand but thought my forge was misplaced and I ended up killing it, something it later turned out I didn't have to do.
Actually it turned out I didn't have to before I was done killing it but oh well, I still killed it off and then I just ended up sucking. Then I picked Longinus and ended up losing retarded Zealot early on while 9 10ing and also didn't block his hatch which let him have sunken in time. I had crappy control and crappy macro and crappy choice of units. He played well though, so congrats to him.
How come there are so few Norwegian players in the scene nowadays?
“
I have no plans nor intentions on starting to play a whole lot again.
- Eriador about his "comeback".- I guess many of the old players have gown up and are no longer able to play day in and day out because well. Brood War doesn't make you money unless you're really, really good. Some "oldschoolers" are returning every now and then and then play for a couple months until they no longer have time, and I expect this to be an ongoing trend for a good while.
Do you think it would have changed anything if you qualified to the league?
- I don't think I should exaggerate my own importance. Maybe me doing well can be some kind of inspiration to some but I have no plans nor intentions on starting to play a whole lot again. I honestly have no idea what the GGSL thing is all about, I just saw there was a tournament being played which I felt like playing in.
Who do you think will win and who do you think will qualify?
- Oh, I have no idea, I figure whoever is good and really wants to play will be able to qualify.

As looking through the player for the last qualifier to our precious GosuGamers StarLeague we found an oldie but very goldie Norwegian player, Eriador. We asked him a couple of questions, enjoy!
