GosuGamers StarLeague is moving on, and here we catched a few well known profiles in our Starcraft community. Who will win? What about the race balance? Read and find out what they had to say about things!

1. Were you surprised that MgZ)sO.o has reached the Winner Bracket Final, taking out White-Ra, IdrA and Odin?
CDS)Jump:
Not so much. sO.o is a really good player and he made good results in more competitions than this. Result on high level players depends on their actually form, on their feeling.Salieri:
Not really. HungTran has played very well and improved a lot lately. He just proves here he deserves his spot in the GsuGamers ranking!MgZ)DetO:
No I wasn't surprised at all. Hungtran has showed us good results in the last few months so we were expecting him to go far in this. Although, Odin worried me a little bit since he did an all-kill vs us in FBL.
ToT)Ilvy(:
Sure I am surprised that he was able to take out White_Ra, even if PvP is Ra's worst matchup. For Odin it might have been map, bad luck or bad day, he could normally manage a Toss opponent. Idra I do not know that much about when it comes to skill level.aAa.Strelok:
Hungtran's results improved a lot during the latest months, dunno why, but I'm not surprised in such results online. However, if he managed to do such results on LANs I would be very surprised.MYM]The1Crow:
Well, HungTran is an amazing player and for me Americas number one since a couple of months, and evidence for this is his victory over IdrA who is also in a very good shpe these recent days. It was just a logical step for him to take down such big names in the Winner Bracket.
2. Do you see Pj as the favorite to win the GGSL? He defeated Legend, Oldy and Ptak on his way. Who can stop him?
CDS)Jump:
I don't think there is any player who can stop him.Salieri:
Pj is in the best position to win the GGSL. He has won the Winner Bracket, but must be careful of his country mate Legend and SEn, who can still beat him.MgZ)DetO:
Yeah, I guess he is the favorite to win. Took down all our MgZ boys. He did win 2 or 3 Bw4ever tournament also, didn't he?He is in good shape now.
ToT)Ilvy(:
With a lot of Protoss players Pj's chance is very good, Legend could be a problem for him, but also Sen could take him out. I will always believe in SEn.aAa.Strelok:
It all depends on PJ's attitude towards GGSL. For example in FBL for xLo his record is 1-5 against not so good opponents. So if he cares about GGSL - he is amongst the favorites.MYM]The1Crow: He won the WCG in China twice in 2004 and 2005, is and always was hot, and will be as long as he is a progamer. Thinking of his performances at the BW4ever tournaments, he showed us what he can do by crushing a lot of big names and I predict that he will also win the GGSL.

3. Who would you say has the best chances of advancing through the Loser Bracket - IdrA, Legend or SEn?
CDS)Jump:
I think the LB final will be between Legend and Sen. Its hard to say who will win the match, but I think it will be Legend.Salieri:
Either Legend or SEn, but according to their last results, I would say Legend. Even though a match between those two can go either way.MgZ)DetO:
Sen definitely. He showed so nice results recently. I have my faith in him.
ToT)Ilvy(:
Legend is good in ZvP so Sen must work hard for a win, Idra might still have a chance, but I guess it will be either Legend or Sen at the end.aAa.Strelok:
All players are very good, but Sen has performed great lately and Lx's online results aren't great at all. So I bet on Sen.MYM]The1Crow:
Every single player could also be the opponent for Pj in the Grand Final. My heart beats for the player from my team MeetYourMakers. He will dominate the Loser Bracket and will face Pj in the finals – anything is possible there.
4. Three out of five players left are Protoss players. Do you think the maps played its part in this, or is Protoss the stronger race?
CDS)Jump:
I think it isn't about stronger race, it is about skill. Talented players with skill are always stronger then other players. And top Chinese players have both. Maybe there are Protoss players because we don't have strong enough Zergs or Terrans. But maybe SEn or Idra will suprise us.Salieri:
I think that the positive results of Protoss players are not due to maps nor to a 'stronger race', but just to some better motivation and strategies.MgZ)DetO:
Nah, maps were fine. There were just so many strong Protoss users in this. A Protoss era has began!
ToT)Ilvy(:
Toss is a strong race, in my eyes still the most interesting one. Sure it depends on maps too but this counts for all races, for tournaments it is important to have a balanced map pack.aAa.Strelok:
Protoss online is just the strongest race. Zergs and Terrans lose much in micro, Protoss units have biggest number of hit points, so they care about micro less. Also their storms make much more damage, because it's a lot harder to avoid them.MYM]The1Crow:
Protoss has a little bit of a come back in Europe during the last months and it shows us how strong this race really is, also in the the Top 10 GG Database we have 4 toss players right now. The map pack is well chosen, but I think Peaks prefers Toss as well as Tau Cross. On the other hand we have with Arkanoid a map Terran players might love, while Longinus ain't that fair in PvT, but in PvZ it is ok.
