There is a 1.09 'bug' that is very rare to find. I had kept it a secret for a few years mainly becuase I truly did not think it's a bug and I thought the occurance was a fluke. I think it's the Zealot AI.
The top Zealot says 'go down' and bounces against the bottom zealot, and the bottom zealot says 'go up' and bounces against the top Zealot. Thus the AI repeats this and the two Zealots whizz across the map in a straight line at unbelievable speeds.
I remember first seeing it ages ago while I was observing a 1v1. Suddenly two Zealots seemed to lock in a crazy run that ran across Temple at a times 16 speed. Neither of the opponents seemed to notice it because they were to busy with micro. They even missed it afterwards when I showed it to them in the replay and I had to show it to them again because they were accusing me of being high on something. Prior to the replay even I thought I may have hallucinated it.
This replay has another particularity which is that the Toss player is a hacker, named Altraz, that at the very end of the game when he realizes he may lose he throws away all pretence and still manages to lose by a hair!
In this game Nip7 was testing Altraz by burrowing lings, not making anti-air and few other tricks we used to use to catch hackers when we did not have OP3 or BWchart. This game is very old and in it I am the observer. The 'bug' occurs at 9'44''

TheSexyGuy recently submitted another replay showing this 'bug' to ZoXXeR who brought it to our attention, proving also that this fluke can repeat itself and thus the birth of this little article.
