To clear Levels 1 through 10 in Meow Blast!, prioritize matches near the bottom of the screen to cause board cascades, target static obstacles early, and preserve your limited move count for level objectives.
Match Priority Hierarchy
Every turn consumes one move from your counter at the top of the screen. To clear stages efficiently without wasting turns on isolated pieces, evaluate the board using this target priority:
- Obstacle-adjacent pieces: Focus first on matching pieces next to static blocker balls. Clearing obstacles early prevents them from trapping necessary colors in hard-to-reach areas later.
- High-density clusters: Target groups of four or more matching pieces over basic three-piece matches. Larger matches shift bigger sections of the board and clear key colors faster.
- Board-bottom matches: Clear the lowest available matching row. When bottom pieces clear, all pieces above them drop down, creating automatic secondary matches that cost no extra turns.
Managing Move Allowance and Level Goals
Board layouts introduce stricter move limits as you approach Level 10. Adjust your decision-making to maintain your move economy:
- Analyze the initial board: Before making your first move on a new level, locate all obstacles and required color objectives to chart a path toward blocked areas.
- Avoid wasteful matches: Skip isolated matches that do not touch obstacles, trigger cascades, or clear required objective colors.
- Shift strategy under five moves: If your move counter drops below five, stop setting up long-term cascades. Shift entirely to direct matches that immediately clear remaining stage goals.
