DMCA Copyright Notice

AAYYY respects copyright and asks rights holders to contact us directly so that we can review and address concerns promptly. Effective date: July 25, 2026.

Priority Review

AAYYY reviews complete, good-faith copyright notices as promptly as reasonably possible. Direct contact gives us the fastest opportunity to review the request, verify the affected page, and take appropriate action before escalating the matter to a hosting provider, platform, or other third party.

What to Include in a Notice

To help us process a request efficiently, include: your full name and contact information; identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed; the exact AAYYY URL or URLs at issue; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

Our Review Process

We review complete, good-faith notices as promptly as reasonably possible. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove or restrict access to the identified material, request additional information, contact the relevant contributor or service provider, or determine that the material does not require removal. Sending a notice does not automatically establish that infringement has occurred.

Counter Notices

If material is removed or access is restricted in response to a copyright complaint and you believe that action was taken in error, you may submit a counter notice through the same legal contact channel. A counter notice should identify the affected material and its prior location, include your contact information, include the statements and consent required by applicable law, and contain your physical or electronic signature.

Good-Faith Requests Only

Please do not use copyright notices to target lawful commentary, fair use, criticism, competition, or material you do not own or control. Misrepresentations in a copyright notice or counter notice may create legal consequences under applicable law.

No Legal Advice

This page is provided for operational and informational purposes and is not legal advice. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights or how to submit a formal notice, please consult qualified legal counsel.
