Submitting a Notice
Sending a complete notice directly to the copyright contact helps AAYYY identify and review the exact material efficiently. Use the subject line “DMCA Copyright Notice” and include each affected AAYYY URL. Do not send game-account passwords or other credentials.
What to Include in a Notice
A copyright notice should be written clearly and contain the information listed below. Notices covering multiple pages may include the affected URLs in one numbered list.
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list when one notice covers multiple works.
- Identification of the material at issue and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, including the exact AAYYY URL.
- Your name and information reasonably sufficient for AAYYY to contact you, such as an email address and mailing address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
Review and Interim Action
AAYYY reviews complete, good-faith notices and may request additional information when the affected work or location cannot be identified. Depending on the circumstances, AAYYY may remove, replace, or restrict access to material while reviewing the claim. Receipt of a notice does not by itself establish infringement.
Counter-Notices
If material is removed or restricted because of a copyright notice and you believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to the same copyright contact. AAYYY may forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant as part of the applicable process.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or restricted and the AAYYY URL where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or restricted because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction required by the law applicable to the notice and your location.
- Your agreement to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.
Good-Faith and Accurate Submissions
Copyright notices and counter-notices must be submitted in good faith. Do not use this process to target lawful commentary, criticism, competition, or material you do not own or control. Knowingly making material misrepresentations may create legal consequences.

AAYYY may display game screenshots, icons, logos, characters, promotional images, and related media when relevant to identification, commentary, reporting, comparison, or explanation. Game names, artwork, and related marks remain the property of their respective rights holders.
