The source identifies a Bill Melee Day 1 video, but provides no description or gameplay details. The draft’s claims about Bill-specific bonuses, ideal traits, opponent strategies, and deck testing are not corroborated by the supplied material. As a result, there isn’t enough information to recommend a specific deck or combo.
Check the in-game Melee rules and your available cards before building a Bill deck. Without those details, any card or trait recommendation would be a guess.
