Next Steps for Early Progression

Once you claim your rewards, direct your starting resources into these core priorities:

1. Build a Core Hero Team

Spend your initial currency on active recruitment banners to secure high-tier commanders. Aim for a balanced squad capable of handling both land tile farming and early skirmishes. A strong starter team prevents progression delays on low-level resource nodes.

2. Expand Territory Safely

• Scout First: Always inspect enemy power on land tiles before marching to avoid unnecessary unit losses.
• Balance Income: Prioritize capturing tiles for food, wood, or iron based on your immediate hourly deficits rather than focusing purely on higher tile levels.

3. Maintain City and Tech Upgrades

Keep construction queues active at all times. Prioritize upgrading your Command Center and resource facilities to establish permanent passive production. In your research facilities, target technology that increases gathering speeds and march capacities to maximize army efficiency.

4. Conserve Military Power and Speed-Ups

Avoid rushing high-level target sieges before meeting recommended squad power milestones. Save a portion of your speed-up items for mid-game construction walls, where upgrade timers increase significantly.
