The supplied Ver. 3.3 announcement names Fiony and Severian as upcoming agents. It does not provide their abilities, materials, release date, or banner details, so use it only to confirm the announced names—not to plan farming or spending.
What the announcement says
The Japanese source describes a dreamer awakening from another dreamer's dream and says the new agents, Fiony and Severian, are coming soon. It does not give a specific date or explain what either agent does.
The draft's claims about their combat roles, team synergy, upgrade requirements, events, and effects on the meta are not supported by the source material. Treat those details as unconfirmed.
What to do next
Wait for details about the agents and their requirements before pre-farming materials or committing currency based on this announcement. The provided source does not establish which materials to collect or whether either agent fits a particular team.
