To reliably clear Kronos Difficulty 16 on full auto without legendary Espers in Dislyte, run an all-epic team centered on Xiao Yin (Azure Dragon) as a solo damage dealer. By pairing Xiao Yin with four defensive and turn-meter supports, you prevent Kronos from overwhelming your squad with counterattacks and high-damage slam abilities.

Lock your battle settings to target the boss directly so your team does not waste attacks on the side tablets.

Xiao Yin Build and Stat Thresholds

Xiao Yin acts as the sole attacker. His stealth mechanic protects him from single-target attacks, while his Action Point (AP) absorption suppresses Kronos's turn meter. Reaching Resonance 6 (R6) is strongly recommended to maximize his base stats and ability scaling.

Equip Xiao Yin with a four-piece War Machine set for consistent attack scaling or a Hammer of Thor set if your relic substats provide high Critical Rate. Pair either with a two-piece Apollo's Bow (for Accuracy) or Fiery Incandescent (for Critical Rate).

Relic Slot / StatRecommended Main StatTarget Threshold

Bottom Left (Boots)ATK% or SPD150–165 Total SPD

Maintaining at least 18,000 total HP prevents Xiao Yin from dying to incidental area-of-effect damage from the tablets and boss slams. Aim for 35% Accuracy so his AP steal lands consistently against Kronos.

Epic Support Lineup and Gear

The support shell controls the boss's turn meter, applies essential buffs, cleanses debuffs, and sustains the team. Build all four supports with 180+ SPD and at least 28,000 HP using Wind or Ocean sets paired with Grove or Master Grove sets.

  • Meredith (Scylla) – Lead: Use Meredith as team Captain for her Ritual Miracle Speed boost. Her kit provides team healing, DEF Up buffs, and HP-based true damage that chips down Kronos without offensive gear investment.
  • Eira (Freyr): Acts as the primary turn-meter controller and cooldown accelerator. Equipping her with an Ocean or Wind set allows frequent cycling of Bragi's Harp, resetting Xiao Yin’s cooldowns and granting him extra turns.
  • Dhalia (Calypso) or Alice (Gullveig): Serves as the primary offensive buffer. Dhalia provides team AP pushes along with ATK and C.RATE buffs on turn one, lowering the gear burden on Xiao Yin.
  • Heng Yue (Chang'e): Acts as the dedicated healer and passive cleanser. Her passive clears debuffs at the start of ally turns, removing Stuns and DEF Down applied by the tablets before Kronos attacks.

Speed Tuning and Turn Order

Your supports must act before Xiao Yin to grant buffs and begin AP control before the boss acts. Keep Xiao Yin between 150 and 165 SPD while keeping your buffer and utility units at 180+ SPD.

  1. Dhalia (Fastest, 190+ SPD): Opens with an AP boost, ATK Up, and C.RATE Up.
  2. Meredith (185+ SPD): Applies frontline utility, healing, and chip damage.
  3. Eira (180+ SPD): Casts AP suppression on Kronos and resets Xiao Yin's cooldowns.
  4. Xiao Yin (150–165 SPD): Enters stealth, deals burst damage, and absorbs the boss's AP.
  5. Heng Yue (180+ SPD): Cycles healing and cleanses lingering debuffs across the team.

Auto-Battle Troubleshooting

If runs fail during auto-battles, check two main points:

  • Low Accuracy on AP manipulation: Eira and Xiao Yin must have at least 35% Accuracy. Missing AP reduction checks allows Kronos to take turns faster and trigger wipe mechanics.
  • Targeting side tablets: Single-target skills diverted away from Kronos allow the boss to stack his passive attack scaling. In the auto-battle settings menu, set boss targeting priority to Kronos.
