Divine Throne: Idle RPG Code Redemption Guide

To redeem promotional gift codes in Divine Throne: Idle RPG, you must first complete the opening combat tutorial sequence. Finishing the tutorial unlocks full access to your player avatar and menu options on the main screen.

How to Access the Gift Code Menu

Follow these steps once the interface unlocks:

1. Tap your player avatar icon located in the top-left corner of the main screen.
2. Select the Settings or User Info tab.
3. Tap the Redeem or Gift Code button to open the text entry box.
4. Type or paste your code into the field.
5. Tap the submit button to validate your code.

If the redemption button does not appear in your settings menu, ensure your game client is updated to the latest build, as older versions may suppress the redemption portal.

Code Entry Rules and Error Prevention

Server validation requires exact text formatting. Pay attention to the following entry details to avoid redemption errors:

• Case Sensitivity: Type all letters in their exact uppercase or lowercase forms.
• Character Ambiguity: Confirm easily confused characters, such as the number 0 versus the letter O or the number 1 versus the letter L.
• Spacing: Remove trailing or leading spaces, which cause the system to recognize the input as an invalid character string.
• Usage Limits: Promotional codes are single-use per account. Re-entering a previously claimed code or an expired string will produce an "Invalid Code" or "Expired" error. If an error persists after double-checking character entry, the code has likely expired on the server side.

Claiming Rewards from Your Mailbox

Submitting a valid gift code triggers a confirmation pop-up, but the rewards are not added directly to your active inventory balance.

To claim your resources:

1. Exit the settings menu and return to the main hub screen.
2. Open the in-game Mailbox.
3. Select the reward messages and tap the claim button to transfer currencies and materials into your inventory.

Check your mail promptly after entering codes. Mailbox items are subject to expiration policies, and unclaimed rewards will be lost if left in the queue indefinitely. Ensure your inventory has sufficient space before opening large batches of mail to prevent delivery issues.
