The supplied draft says GDC headlining characters come from summon banners rather than mission rewards. It does not identify a specific character or celebration, so check that event’s banner and reward details before spending Dragon Stones.
What the supplied information establishes
The draft distinguishes marquee GDC units from minor or event-specific cards that may be earned through gameplay. It says the headliners are tied to summons, but offers no named unit, banner, or celebration details to verify that claim for a particular event.
What to do before summoning
Check the specific celebration’s announcements and in-game banner and mission details. Confirm how the character is available before deciding whether to spend Dragon Stones; the supplied material does not establish current availability, a pity threshold, or a guaranteed way to obtain any specific unit.
