In DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE, GDC Rainbow Tickets are restricted event items locked to specific Global Dokkan Celebration (GDC) banners. You cannot use them on standard banners or general summon pools. If a summon ticket option does not appear on an active banner, that banner does not support GDC Rainbow Tickets.
