Promotional Codes

Promotional gift codes offer free resources, recruitment tokens, and currency bundles to assist with early ninja development and village progression. Because mobile game codes can expire without advance notice, submit them as soon as you unlock the profile menu.

Copy and paste each code directly into the input field rather than typing manually. Mobile keyboards frequently append an unintended space after a string or alter letter casing, which causes the exchange server to reject the code.

How to Redeem Codes

The redemption menu is locked behind the game's initial tutorial. Once you have completed the opening combat sequence and reached the main interface, use the following steps:

1. Tap your player avatar in the top-left corner of the main village screen to open your profile.
2. Select the code redemption option, which may be labeled Redeem Code, Gift Code, or Pack Exchange.
3. Paste an active code into the text input box.
4. Press the confirm button to submit your request.
5. Collect your items directly from the confirmation pop-up or open your in-game mailbox if the rewards are delivered as system mail.

Unclaimed system mail may expire after 30 days depending on server settings. Open your mailbox immediately after redeeming each code to ensure items transfer to your inventory.

Troubleshooting Redemption Errors

If a code fails to process, check for these common failure points:

• Trailing Spaces and Typographical Errors: Extra spaces at the beginning or end of a code string will return an "Invalid Code" error. Ensure your clipboard contains only the characters shown in the table.
• Single-Use Restrictions: Promotional codes can only be claimed once per account or character profile on a specific server. Re-entering a previously used code results in an "Already Redeemed" notification. If you start over on a new server, the codes can typically be claimed again for that new character.
• Campaign Expiration: When a promotional event concludes, the developer deactivates the corresponding code on the server side. Inactive codes produce an "Expired" response and cannot be claimed.
