In World 6 Sneaking in IdleOn - Idle RPG, equip Sushi on only one ninja at a time instead of spreading it across your roster. Rotate your highest-rarity Sushi alongside your best stealth gear onto a single character pushing for their next belt slot unlock on the deepest safe floor available. Keep the rest of your ninjas equipped with utility items to maintain steady Jade income and room progression.

Why Equipping Sushi on Every Ninja Fails

Sushi multiplies Sneaking EXP earned per action, but it grants zero stealth. In World 6 Sneaking, ninjas act on set intervals to steal Jade, search for items, or unlock doors. If a guard detects a ninja, that character is knocked out and remains inactive until revived or cleared. While knocked out, a ninja gains zero EXP, produces no Jade, and cannot find items.

Sacrificing an equipment slot for Sushi on low-level ninjas drops their stealth below floor detection thresholds. Even a massive Sneaking EXP multiplier yields nothing when multiplied by zero completed actions. Leaving Sushi equipped passively turns your team into sleeping liabilities while depriving them of essential utility:

  • Smoke Bombs: Provide the base stealth required to avoid detection and stay active.
  • Lotus Charms: Lower action cycle cooldowns so ninjas act more frequently.
  • Rosary Beads: Increase raw Jade gains to fund upgrades in the Jade Emporium.

Floor Depth Beats Low-Floor Sushi Stacking

Base Sneaking EXP scales dramatically with each floor in the pagoda. A single successful cycle on a deep floor provides more base EXP than hundreds of cycles on Floor 1 or Floor 2.

Stacking EXP multipliers on early floors yields negligible returns because the underlying base EXP is too low. Placing a ninja on your highest unlocked room where they can remain undetected—even without Sushi—produces far more EXP than running Sushi on early floors. Reserve Sushi strictly for characters running your deepest accessible floors where percentage bonuses multiply substantial base values.

Leveling for Belt Slot Milestones

Sneaking EXP is only valuable when pushing for specific ninja belt slot breakpoints. Each ninja begins with a single equipment slot and unlocks a second and third slot at specific Sneaking level thresholds. Extra slots allow characters to carry stealth gear alongside Jade multipliers, speed buffs, or door-clearing tools.

Once a ninja secures their third belt slot, further leveling yields diminishing returns. Minor innate stealth gains from higher levels cannot compete with the stats provided by upgraded items. Because the core progression loop relies on earning Jade for the Jade Emporium and clearing rooms, remove Sushi once a ninja hits their target belt unlock and equip items that actively advance your account.

Single-Ninja Leveling Rotation

Level your roster efficiently by concentrating leveling gear on one ninja at a time:

  1. Select the target: Choose the ninja closest to unlocking their next belt slot or the character with the lowest Sneaking level.
  2. Equip top-tier stealth: Give the ninja your best Smoke Bomb so their stealth rating stays above the room's guard detection threshold.
  3. Equip your best Sushi: Place your highest-multiplier Sushi in their secondary belt slot.
  4. Deploy to your highest safe room: Send the ninja to the deepest floor where their detection chance remains near zero.
  5. Farm until the breakpoint: Keep the ninja cycling actions on that floor until they unlock the target belt slot.
  6. Swap back to utility: Remove the Sushi, equip a Rosary Bead or Lotus, and reassign the ninja to farming Jade or untying doors.
  7. Rotate to the next ninja: Move the stealth and Sushi setup to the next character in line.

This rotation keeps nine out of ten ninjas generating Jade and pushing doors while one ninja quickly hits optimal efficiency.
