To progress through World 5 Divinity in IdleOn - Idle RPG, place all available character slots directly on the Divinity altar in the Valley of the Divine, cycle your meditation styles to push character levels toward 40, and unlock the deities Arctis and Goharut. Reaching level 40 unlocks the Tranquility style, which generates Divinity EXP and points passively from any map and permanently frees your roster from the altar.
Altar Setup and Progression Strategy
Divinity operates as an account-wide skill that requires heavy roster commitment early on. When you first enter World 5, the fastest method to clear the initial progression bottleneck is placing every character on the altar to meditate.
Leaving characters scattered across World 4 maps or early World 5 combat zones slows account EXP acquisition and delays vital god unlocks. While benching your roster pauses mob drops, active combat levels, and 3D printer sampling, dedicated meditation minimizes the total time spent locked into the altar. Once characters hit key deity and style milestones, you can return them to standard combat and skilling rotations.
Meditation Style Progression from Level 1 to 40
Meditation styles control how a character divides output between personal Divinity EXP and account-wide Divinity Points. Switch styles as individual characters hit level thresholds to accelerate leveling speed.
| Meditation Style | Unlock Level | Primary Output | Recommended Usage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mindful | Level 1 | Balanced EXP and Points | Default style until reaching level 10. |
| Zen | Level 10 | High EXP, Zero Points | Primary leveling style to rush characters toward level 40. |
| Flow | Level 20 | Moderate EXP and Points | Use when account Divinity Points run low for deity offerings. |
| Vitality | Level 30 | HP-scaled EXP and Points | Situational style for high-HP Warrior classes. |
| Tranquility (Tranqi) | Level 40 | Passive EXP and Points Anywhere | Permanent default style for all characters once unlocked. |
Divinity level 40 is the primary milestone for every character on your account. Tranquility grants passive Divinity EXP and points every hour regardless of the character's physical location or activity. Once a character equips Tranquility at level 40, they can leave the altar to fight, skill, or take printer samples without halting their Divinity gains.
Early God Unlock Order and Link Priorities
Divinity Points accumulated by meditators are spent at the altar to unlock deities sequentially. Each deity provides an account-wide Minor Link passive bonus once discovered, alongside a Major Link bonus that applies only to characters directly linked to that god.
- Snekk: The first deity unlocked. Snekk grants base Divinity EXP bonuses and lowers the point requirements needed for subsequent deity offering attempts.
- Arctis (The Bear): Counts linked characters as actively connected to the World 4 Lab grid, regardless of where they are physically located. Linking Arctis to your main combat pusher lets them clear World 5 portals while preserving Lab bonuses.
- Nobisect: Provides raw damage and AFK fight gain boosts. This serves as an alternative combat link for portal pushing if your Lab line can be maintained without Arctis.
- Goharut (The Goat): Allows characters placed inside World 4 Lab tubes to simultaneously earn Divinity EXP and generate Divinity Points as if they were meditating on the altar.
Solving the Lab Stalemate with Goharut
Before unlocking Arctis and Goharut, accounts face a conflict between keeping characters in the World 4 Lab for node bonuses or placing them on the Divinity altar for EXP.
Once Goharut is unlocked:
- Place secondary characters into World 4 Lab tubes with Goharut linked. They will maintain critical Lab line bonuses, earn Lab EXP, and continue leveling Divinity simultaneously.
- Link Arctis to your primary pusher so they can clear World 5 maps while maintaining full connectivity to the Lab grid.
Offering Management and Roster Rules
- Build a point surplus before offering: Every failed deity roll increases your success odds for the next attempt. However, rolling with very low base percentages drains points rapidly. Amass a point reserve using Zen and Flow meditators before attempting low-probability deity discoveries.
- Do not pull characters off the altar prematurely: Removing a character at level 25 or 30 to run errands severely stunts their leveling curve. Keep characters locked to the altar until they unlock level 40 Tranquility, unless you are transferring them directly into the World 4 Lab with Goharut active.
