Kingshot Finder's Fortune: How to Solve Chapters 1 to 5

To solve Chapters 1 through 5 of Finder's Fortune in Kingshot, you must collect map-clearing tools, disarm floor traps before advancing, and activate multi-part mechanisms in strict sequences. Missing an item or triggering switches out of order can lock auxiliary loot or force a full stage reset.

Chapter 1: Basic Path Clearance

Chapter 1 introduces basic interactables and obstacles. Rushing toward the visible exit without clearing barriers will block your progress.

1. Pick up the crowbar: Scan the perimeter left of your spawn point and tap the highlighted tool crate in the corridor.
2. Clear the rubble: Approach the wooden debris blocking the central path and interact with it using the crowbar.
3. Open the bronze chest: Loot the chest positioned immediately behind the cleared rubble before proceeding forward.
4. Lower the portcullis: Locate the floor switch three tiles north of the central gate and step on it to lower the gate.
5. Exit the stage: Grab the chapter completion insignia past the archway, then step into the exit beacon.

Chapter 2: Spike Traps and the Brass Key

Chapter 2 requires bypassing timed floor hazards and looping back to access the exit vault.

1. Take the southern path: Avoid the northern corridor, which contains armed floor spikes that trigger on movement. Follow the southern wall instead.
2. Retrieve the brass key: Interact with the stone pedestal along the southern edge to pick up the key.
3. Disarm the spikes: Push the boulder next to the pedestal into the nearby wall depression. This permanently disarms the northern spike row.
4. Unlock the vault: Loop through the disarmed northern hallway to reach the locked gate. Use the brass key to enter and open the treasure chest.
5. Flip the torch switch: Interact with the wall torch to the right of the chest to unlock the gate leading to the extraction zone.

Chapter 3: Elemental Pillar Alignment

Chapter 3 relies on solving a pattern puzzle. Activating the elemental pillars out of sequence resets the chamber. Follow the mural clues on the western wall to align the mechanisms in the correct order:

After activating the three pillars, approach the illuminated altar in the center of the room to combine your runic fragments into a passage emblem. Take the emblem to the northern heavy door to lower the stone teeth and reach the exit portal.

Chapter 4 uses linked rooms, teleporters, and weighted plates. Interacting with switches prematurely locks optional rewards.

1. Solve the eastern pressure plates: Enter the eastern room. Drag the stone urn onto the left floor plate, then stand on the right plate yourself to open the side gate.
2. Loot the side cache: Grab the token cache behind the gate before stepping off the plate, as leaving the switch seals the entrance.
3. Take the blue teleporter: Warp into the western chamber. Do not pull the red lever yet.
4. Unlock the auxiliary chest: Take the golden key from the weapon rack and open the auxiliary chest in the side alcove.
5. Reverse the gates: Pull the red lever after collecting the chest. This redirects the corridor walls toward the exit courtyard.

Chapter 5: Perimeter Clear and Master Key

Chapter 5 combines timed movement and multi-dial combinations across a large central arena. Clear the outer ring before interacting with the center.

1. Deactivate the flame wall: Run counter-clockwise around the outer corridor and extinguish both wall braziers to extinguish the inner flame wall.
2. Unlock the eastern alcove: Enter the eastern alcove and set all three dials on the combination lock to vertical alignment to receive the master key.
3. Dodge the falling trap: Carry the master key to the central gate. Insert the key and immediately step back two tiles to avoid the falling stone trap.
4. Collect the grand chest: Climb the raised dais to claim the final reward chest.
5. Exit the chapter: Step onto the glowing exit pad located in the northern alcove to record full stage completion. Confirm that all checklist objectives in the top interface are marked complete before stepping onto the pad.
