To maintain your army's strength and support your alliance during Kingshot Kingdom vs. Kingdom (KvK) castle battles, match your deployed troop types to your rally leader’s hero bonuses, pull back forces before reaching hospital capacity, and keep peace shields active whenever you are not attacking.

Rally Coordination and Hero Alignment

Joining an alliance rally without checking the lead player's setup reduces combat efficiency. Aligning your troop composition with your rally leader preserves unit stats and maximizes hero buffs:

• Match Unit Types: Send infantry, archers, or cavalry that complement the rally leader’s specific hero archetypes and skills.
• Avoid Solo Defense: Do not dedicate high-tier troops to isolated defensive holds unless your alliance has committed active reinforcements to the position.
• Clear Hero Assignments: Recall key combat heroes from secondary tasks—such as resource gathering or troop training—before active siege windows open.

Managing Hospital Capacity and Healing Costs

Sustained battles generate heavy wounded counts. If your hospital fills completely, additional casualties result in permanent troop loss and a severe reduction in combat power.
