The supplied Kingshot source recommends raising both second-generation heroes, Zoe and Marine. It does not provide upgrade costs, a preferred order, or evidence that they outperform other heroes.
If you are deciding whom to develop, consider Zoe and Marine as the source’s recommended targets. The available information does not support prioritizing one over the other or committing all your resources to them at the expense of other heroes.

Can you add more details about heroes in a future update?
Good guide for Kingshot players. The heroes part was useful.
Nice guide. I am checking the other Kingshot articles next.
I wish I had read this before upgrading the wrong thing.
