LAST CLOUDIA: Pixel Art RPG Ark Skill Learning Guide

In LAST CLOUDIA: Pixel Art RPG, units learn skills permanently by equipping an Ark and bringing that unit into combat until the skill's mastery percentage reaches 100%. Once fully learned, the skill remains available to the character permanently, even after unequipping the Ark, provided the hero has enough available Skill Capacity (SC) to activate it.

How to Learn Ark Skills

To inherit skills from an Ark onto a character, follow these steps:

Open your party menu and select the hero you wish to train.
Open their Ark equipment slot and view the list of available skills on your unlocked Arks.
Equip an Ark that contains the specific passive or active abilities appropriate for that hero's role.
Complete quest battles with the unit active in your team. Each completed mission contributes experience toward mastering the equipped Ark's skill tree.
Continue battling until the skill mastery bar reaches 100%.
Open the unit's skill menu to spend Skill Capacity (SC) and assign the newly learned skill.

Managing Skill Capacity (SC) and Loadouts

Learning a skill permanently does not automatically activate it in battle. To gain the benefit of a learned skill, you must allocate SC from your unit's total capacity pool.

SC Capacity Scaling: A character's maximum SC increases as they level up. Higher SC limits allow heroes to equip more skills or assign expensive, high-tier abilities simultaneously.
Slot Restrictions: Units possess limited skill slots. Avoid attempting to equip every inherited skill; instead, prioritize passives and active abilities that focus directly on the unit's specialized combat function.
Swapping Equipment: Once a skill is mastered at 100%, immediately swap the character's Ark to a new one so they begin learning the next set of abilities during subsequent quest runs.

Matching Arks to Character Roles

Rotate your equipped Arks frequently to build a well-rounded kit for each party member. Select Ark types based on the target role:

Ark Enhancement Requirements: Higher-level Arks increase statutory stat boosts and unlock higher-tier skills in their learning tree. Upgrading Arks requires Ark enhancement materials, so distribute your investment evenly between unit leveling and key Ark upgrades.
