To redeem gift codes in Last Z: Survival Shooter, open your profile settings, enter the exact promotional string with correct character casing, and collect your rewards from your account mailbox or inventory.
How to Input Codes
Follow these steps to access the activation window and submit a code:
- Tap your player profile icon in the top-left corner of the main screen.
- Select the Settings gear icon to open account management.
- Tap the Gift Code option to launch the text entry field.
- Type or paste the gift code string into the box.
- Confirm the input to send the request to the game server.
- Open your in-game mailbox or inventory to claim your delivery.
Troubleshooting Common Errors
Gift codes require exact formatting and active server availability. If your redemption fails, use this table to identify the issue and take the necessary action:
| Error Message or Behavior | Primary Cause | Required Action |
|---|---|---|
| Invalid Code | Case sensitivity mismatch or character typos (such as confusing "O" with "0" or "l" with "I"). | Re-enter the string manually, paying strict attention to capitalization. |
| Code Already Claimed | The code was previously redeemed on the active profile or character. | Confirm previous claims in your mailbox; codes are strictly single-use per account. |
| Code Expired or Rejected | The promotion window, event duration, or server cycle has closed. | Omit the expired string and monitor official community announcements for new codes. |
| Global Limit Reached | The total developer-allocated supply of redemptions for that code was exhausted. | Redeem new promotional offers immediately after release to secure limited rewards. |
| Validation Timeout | Unstable cellular or Wi-Fi network preventing server handshake. | Re-establish a stable internet connection and re-submit the code. |
Managing Claimed Rewards
Resources delivered through gift codes directly support your shelter expansion, crafting reserves, facility research, and hero development. Claiming free speed-ups, materials, or progression currencies allows you to upgrade your base without depleting critical gold or gem stockpiles. Integrate routine code redemption into your login sequence to maintain regular resource gains.

I wish I had read this before upgrading the wrong thing.
I tried this today and it worked better than my old setup.
The explanation is clear, especially for beginners.
