The supplied video title raises two topics: a ban wave in Goddess of Victory: NIKKE and changes to the Chinese version. Its description does not explain what changed, who was affected, or whether the changes apply to global players. Check official notices for details before changing how you use or spend on your account.
The description does warn viewers not to spend beyond their means. Treat purchases as optional, and do not spend money you cannot afford to lose.
